The majority of our parcels are despatched by Parcel Force. We use other carriers including Royal Mail, and pallet carriers.

When we despatch your parcel, as long as you have provided a valid e-mail address, we will e-mail you the invoice including the carrier and consignment number.

Parcels despatched by Parcel Force can be tracked on-line.

- Under Track your parcel, enter the consignment and click on Track.

Other carriers can be contacted by the telephone number supplied on the invoice.

A Standard Carriage Charge of  £6.00 for the first parcel and £5.00 for subsequent parcels will be applied to all for furniture items and bulky raw materials regardless of order value (The FREE carriage for orders over £50 does not apply).

Scottish Highlands

The Scottish Highlands and Islands include the following postcodes: PH19-44, IV, KW, PA20-88,
KA27-29, HS and ZE, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly

Prices are based on per kilo weight. Please contact us for an exact quote. The rates shown are samples based on a 25kg parcel. Note that prices are NOT exactly pro rata so Please contact us for an exact quote.

We can export goods from the UK and India by Sea Freight on an LCL (Light Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) or by Air Freight. LCLs are containers consisting of goods destined for several destinations for different companies.Your goods will be separated and unloaded from the container at port and re-distributed accordingly on a lorry.  FCLs are dedicated containers of your goods only, and the container will arrive sealed at your destination. Only Customs at port may open the container to inspect the contents. FCLs can be ordered in 20 foot of 40 foot sizes.

There are 4 rates available (mostly by Sea Freight but also by Air Freight)

1. Ex- Works: Free delivery from the warehouse to your agent in the country of origin.

2. FOB (Free on Board): We cover all costs up to the port of origin. You pay the rest including sea freight, customs clearance, and delivery to your door.

3. CIF (Cost in Freight): We pay all costs up to the destination port, including sea freight. You pay
    the rest including customs clearance and delivery to you door.

4. Door to Door: We pay all costs right up to you door. The most expensive.

What do you want do to ?

1. BUY from the UK and import into a country outside Europe.

    Most of our customers have their own agents in the UK and consolidate their exports with their
    agents, so they work with the Ex-Works rate. However, all the above rates are available at
    additional cost.

2. BUY from the UK and import into a European Country.

    Forget it !. We'll send a pallet or two. See above.

3. BUY from India and import into the UK

    Most of our customers work with the CIF (Cost in Freight) rate since we have very competitive
    rates  with our Freight Forwarding agents, and extensive warehousing facilities. For imports into
    the UK, this works out to be the most cost effective, because of convenience for you and our
    logistical commitment to you.

    However, we can also offer very good Door to Door rates.

4. BUY from India and import into a country outside Europe

    All the above 4 rates apply depending upon your circumstances. FOB is the most popular for the
    experienced, CIF for the inexperienced and Door to Door for the Novice.

Air freight also available for lighter goods for express delivery. Quotations available upon request.

For Air Freight imports into the UK we generally work on Door to Door rates and all costs will be included in the quote.

For Air Freight exports from the UK or India to anywhere else in the world we generally work on FOB rates.

Please note if you have your own import/freight forwarding agents, this will work out MUCH cheaper for you. Otherwise we will charge you more for administration. Most of our customers have their own agents which works perfectly well for all parties concerned.
